SAT Score Release Calendar

The next scheduled SAT score release is October 16, 2026, for the October 3 test. November 7 results are scheduled for November 20, and December 5 results for December 18. Student release, school access and a college’s receipt deadline are separate dates.

Fall 2026 SAT weekend score release dates

Students see scores in their College Board account on these dates. College Board says most weekend scores are released 2–4 weeks after test day, so an individual score can come later than the listed date.

Retaking before you see your score

After the August and September tests, the next test's late-registration deadline passes before scores come out. If you want the next date, register before you know your score; you can cancel by the Thursday before test day and get the registration fee back minus a $34 or $44 cancellation fee.

After the October test, your score arrives a week before November's regular deadline. November scores arrive on December's regular deadline, November 20, and late registration for December runs through November 24 for an extra $38.

For weekend testing, your four free score reports must be ordered within 9 days after the test date, before scores are released. Additional reports normally cost $15 each; fee-waiver users have unlimited free score sends. School Day uses its own selection window.

Spring 2027 student releases are now posted: March 6 scores on March 19; May 1 scores on May 14; June 5 scores on June 21. The June release is 16 days after testing, so do not apply the fall 13-day pattern to every date.

PSAT/NMSQT and SAT School Day score release (fall 2026)

The fall 2026 in-school testing window for the PSAT/NMSQT, SAT School Day, and PSAT 8/9 is October 1–30. Your release date depends on when your school submits answers. If you test through a state program, your state may set a different date.

Spring 2027 SAT weekend score releases

College Board lists these student dates separately from school-portal availability. A scheduled student release is not a guarantee that a particular college has received and processed the score.

If your score is missing on release day

Sign into the account used for registration and check the test date and score status. College Board notes that most weekend scores arrive in two to four weeks, so a listed date does not settle every individual delay. Follow its support instructions for your actual account status.

Read each college’s score deadline and reporting method. A self-reported result, an official score send and a school-portal release are different events; do not use one date as proof of another.
